include as many added values as possible. What others maybe do not include. Non-academic placement/training. Cross-sectorial outreach. Interdisciplinary exchange. Post fellowship (realistic) plan.

Be proactive to have track record before submission. Build merits in outreach and research networking. By organizing forums, workshops. Show that you make efforts to contribute to the research field and frontiers.

Add the obvious that many do not include: the digital transition. Requirements of sharing data are there. Digital product passports, data spaces. You are more relevant having also a plan that includes the digital transition. Digital competences, Open Science and data sharing are already part of the MSCA framework. The question is how you turn them into added value for your own research, impact and exploitation pathway. The digital transition is not a standard way to add, it is how you intend to include it. Your choices, but make sure they have relevance.

Exploitation and impact will be more realistic by shared data. By including the digitalisation. Ideas of machine learning and AI, they are nice but should include aspects of value chain. Without a value chain the ML and AI are in isolation.

There are many applicants at the finish line.
