For doctoral researchers and DN coordinators — Training and secondments

Are you an MSCA doctoral candidate in a Doctoral Network looking to strengthen your competence in impact, exploitation and knowledge transfer as part of your training programme? Or are you a Doctoral Network coordinator looking for a non-academic secondment host for your doctoral candidates?

Alminica/ICM Research Institute welcomes doctoral researchers through formal secondments as part of Doctoral Networks, or independently as part of transferable skills development. Our structured training in translating research into societal and technological value strengthens the doctoral profile and supports longer-term career positioning within and beyond academia.

For DN coordinators, we are open to discussing secondment arrangements that integrate into your network’s training plan, and to broader partnership conversations for future proposals.

Are you preparing an MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship, Doctoral Network, or Staff Exchanges proposal and looking for a non-academic partner with expertise in knowledge transfer, impact and exploitation?

Alminica AB and ICM Research Institute are open to discussing partnership in new proposals. We bring experience from EU projects across multiple Framework Programmes, inter-sectoral training, and a structured approach to translating research into societal and technological value.

For training enquiries — Ongoing projects

Are you an MSCA fellow or researcher in an ongoing EU project looking to strengthen your impact and exploitation competence through our training programmes?

Our Level 1 programme — Impact and Exploitation for Research and Career Development — is available independently for researchers whose current project does not include a formal placement at Alminica. It runs over three months, is individually structured, and leads to certification.
