The MSCA (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions) is about young researchers career by doctoral education and postdoctoral training. They will build new knowledge and skills by mobility activities and exposure to different sectors and disciplines.
The COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a funding organisation for research and innovation networks. COST Actions are bottom-up networks for facilitating research, innovation and careers. Research initiatives in Europe and outside Europe are connected so that researchers and innovators can grow their ideas in any science and technology field with each other. The bottom-up allows build network based on own ideas and interests. The support is for networking and events, short-term mobility, schools for training, activities for communication, and virtual networking tools.
New for COST 2026 is that at least 40% of proposers must be young researchers and innovators.
It offers to create synergies between MSCA and COST activities. We can use our MSCA network to support such exchange and synergies.
