MSCA Staff Exchanges

MSCA Staff Exchanges

MSCA Staff Exchanges is a European research funding program that supports international and inter-sectoral mobility of research and innovation (R&I) staff. The program is funded by the European Commission’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA).
Our interests are (but not limited to):

1. Silicon carbide industrial R&D for new applications and markets in energy and environment

2. Advanced materials manufacturing for sustainable supply chain and value chain by shared data towards digital twins and new business creation

3. Other topics to which we contribute with individual training for personal skills in research to business for global impact creation from research and innovation. See more at R2B.

MSCA Staff Exchanges aims to promote knowledge transfer and collaboration between R&I organizations from different countries and sectors. The program funds short-term exchanges of R&I staff members, ranging from one month to one year.

MSCA Staff Exchanges is open to all types of R&I organizations, including universities, research institutes, businesses, and non-profit organizations. The program is particularly interested in supporting exchanges between academic and non-academic organizations, as well as exchanges between organizations in different sectors.

To be eligible for MSCA Staff Exchanges, the exchange project must meet the following criteria:

– The project must involve at least two R&I organizations from different countries.

– The exchange project must be inter-sectoral, unless the exchange is taking place between organizations in non-associated Third Countries.

– The exchange project must be well-defined and have a clear purpose.

– The exchange project must have a measurable impact on the participants and the participating organizations.

MSCA Staff Exchanges projects can be funded for up to four years. The program provides funding for the travel and subsistence costs of the exchanged staff members, as well as for the costs of managing the exchange project.

MSCA Staff Exchanges is a great opportunity for R&I staff members to gain new skills and knowledge, to build international networks, and to collaborate with colleagues from other countries and sectors. The program also helps R&I organizations to increase their research and innovation capacity.
